  • 5+ years of e-commerce experience but not limited to managing software, web development, advanced HTML, paid search, SEO, email marketing, social media and blogging.
  • Heavy experience with design, implementation, and customization of any or all eCommerce systems (Shopify+, SFCC, etc.) Jira & Certification in project management (PMP and/or SCRUM Master) is preferred.
  • Demonstrate experience communicating with development teams using web technologies, merchandising & warehouse operations, call centers & customer service.
  • Strong analytical ability and comfortable working with data using Microsoft excel.
  • Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC), online collaboration tools, mainstream project management software, budget management, schedule management, change management process.
  • Onboard new clients, support project life cycle from kickoff through development, audit e-commerce business including website usability, digital marketing and operations and make proactive recommendations.
  • Coordinate resource allocation decisions to meet our clients' needs, our teams' billable utilization targets, and department managers' resource allocation goals.
  • Conduct periodic project reviews with key client leadership teams to provide progress updates and plan to key milestones, hour estimates (actual vs. estimates) and suggest how to mitigate risks.
  • Plan client priorities and related tasks in an organized list at least one-month in advance to keep a constant flow of billable work. Understand the short and long-term goals of the client(s) and drive the team towards the execution of those goals.
  • Support quality assurance testing tasks and store management tasks (upload products, configure e-commerce platform admin, etc) as necessary
  • Establish KPI’s and budget in order to maximize growth and return on ad spend with direct supervision of finance and marketing.
  • Drive traffic to the website with the support of digital marketing team and external resources as necessary all within strict ROI guidelines. Ensure website content is managed under clear merchandise calendar and proper collaboration with marketing and merchandising organizations are conducted to ensure and strong customer-centric omni channel approach.
  • Optimize website conversion by owning eCommerce platform and the associated eCommerce product roadmaps. Manage associated budget and resources as necessary.
  • Manage product releases closely with merchandise coordinator and photographer so that products are quickly released for sale within several days of arrival within the warehouse.
